基于区间二型模糊逻辑控制的BLDCM转速控制研究

摘要 针对无刷直流电机调速系统强耦合与非线性时变的特点,设计了一种无刷直流电机区间二型模糊逻辑控制器,通过动态调节控制器参数,实现无刷直流电机高精度速度控制,提升电机控制性能。基于Matlab/Simulink环境搭建无刷直流电机调速系统仿真模型,并在恒速、加减速和突加负载3种工况下,比较区间二型模糊逻辑控制与传统PI控制的电机转速响应差异。仿真结果表明:相比于传统PI控制,基于区间二型模糊逻辑控制的电机响应速度快,控制精度高,抗干扰能力强,可以有效降低不确定性对系统的影响,具有较强的鲁棒性。 In view of the strong coupling and nonlinear time-varying characteristics of BLDCM speed control system,an interval type-2 fuzzy logic controller for BLDCM were designed,by dynamically adjusting the parameters of the controller,the high-precision speed control of BLDCM were realized and the motor control performance were improved.Based on Matlab/Simulink environment,the simulation model of BLDCM speed control system were built,under three working conditions:constant speed,acceleration or deceleration and sudden increase in load torque,the difference of the motor speed response between interval type-2 fuzzy logic control and traditional PI control were compared.The simulation results show that the motor under interval type-2 fuzzy logic control has faster response speed,higher control precision and stronger anti-interference ability than PI control,it can effectively reduce the impact of uncertainty on the system and has strong robustness.
