独脚金内酯与脱落酸对烟草腋芽生长及烟叶主要化学成分的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Strigolactone and Abscisic Acid on Growth of Tobacco Axillary Buds and Main Chemical Components of Tobacco Leaves

摘要 以‘云烟87’为试验材料,通过盆栽试验,探索独脚金内酯与脱落酸对烟草腋芽生长的调控作用以及对烟叶内在质量的影响效应。结果表明:独脚金内酯、脱落酸及两者混合施用后,烟草第1~3节位腋芽的长度显著低于对照,脱落酸及两者混合施用对第4~6节位的腋芽没有显著作用;各处理烟叶总酚、总糖和还原糖含量高于对照,在两者混合处理下最高,且与对照达到显著差异。两者混合处理下,烟叶烟碱含量显著高出对照35.71%,对淀粉含量没有影响。可见,独脚金内酯、脱落酸及两者混合施用后能够抑制烟草第1~3节位腋芽伸长,两者混合处理有利于烟叶内在质量的形成。 The regulatory effects of strigolactone and abscisic acid on the growth of tobacco axillary bud and intrinsic quality of tobacco leaf were studied by pot experiment with‘Yunyan 87’as test material.The results showed that the length of axillary buds at the 1^(st) to 3^(rd) nodes of tobacco treated with strigolactone,abscisic acid and their combination was significantly lower than that of the control,while abscisic acid and their combination had no significant effect on the length of axillary buds at the 4^(th) to 6^(th) nodes.The contents of total phenol,total sugar and reducing sugar in tobacco leaves in each treatment were higher than those in the control,and were the highest under the two mixed treatments,which were significantly different from the control.The nicotine content of leaves in the two mixed treatment was significantly higher than that of the control by 35.71%,and had no effect on starch content.It can be seen that strigolactone,abscisic acid and the two mixed treatment could inhibit the elongation of tobacco axillary buds at the 1^(st) to 3^(rd) nodes,and the two mixed treatment is beneficial to the formation of intrinsic quality of tobacco leaves.
