摘要
植物天然花青素广泛存在于谷类、水果和蔬菜等中,在心血管、癌症、肥胖等人类疾病中起着重要的潜在作用。研究发现植物激素在花青素合成信号途径中起着重要的调控作用,本文分别概述了生长素、乙烯、脱落酸、细胞分裂素、水杨酸、赤霉素等在调控谷类作物花青素合成信号途径中的研究进展,阐明在谷物作物中开展植物激素调控花青素合成分子网络解析的重要性,为最终应用于分子育种提供指导性的理论基础。
Plant natural anthocyanins,which widely exist in crops,fruits and vegetables,etc.,play important potential roles in prevention human diseases such as cardiovascular,cancer,obesity and so on.Researches demonstrated that phytohormone played important role in regulation of anthocyanin synthesis signaling pathway.Herein,we summarized the advanced researches of phytohormone including auxin,ethylene,abscisic acid,cytokinin,salicylic acid and gibberellin in regulating anthocyanin synthesis signaling pathway of cereal crops,respectively.And elucidation the importance of the molecular regulation of phytohormone in anthocyanin synthesis signaling pathway will provide the guiding theoretical basis for the final application in molecular breeding.
