From Money Intermediary to Capital Finance:Research on the Transformation of Accumulation Form

金融可被理解为跨时空的价值交易,从“货币中介”到“货币金融”再到“资本金融”的三次时空转换中,价值积累形态的追求经历了从使用价值到剩余价值;价值生产到价值分配;价值历史向度到价值未来向度三次转变。然而,金融逻辑在本质上仍未超出马克思资本逻辑的阐释范围,因此,回到《资本论》的“经济哲学批判”,基于时间与空间维度解析价值积累形态转换逻辑,仍然是我们分析当代“国际金融垄断资本主义”不可缺少的理论武器。文章以价值积累形态的时空转换为视角揭示金融的本质内涵,突出其时代特征,为金融创新和政策导向提供方法论启示。

Finance can be understood as a value transaction across time and space.In the three time-space transformations from“monetary intermediary”to“monetary finance”and then to“capital finance”,the pursuit of value accumulation has experienced from use value to surplus value.Production to value distribution;There are three changes from the historical dimension to the future dimension of value.However,in essence,financial logic still does not go beyond the scope of Marx’s explanation of capital logic.Therefore,going back to“critique of economic philosophy”in Capital and analyzing the transformation logic of value accumulation form based on time and space dimensions is still an indispensable theoretical weapon for us to analyze contemporary international financial monopoly capitalism.This paper reveals the essential connotation of finance from the perspective of time-space transformation of value accumulation form,highlights its characteristics of the times,and provides methodological enlightenment for financial innovation and policy guidance.
