摘要
由于国内市场对发电量的高需求,现代燃气轮机出力越来越高,这对运行安全性也提出了更高要求。使用CFD工具对一款轴流式燃气轮机压气机进行了升级,以提升喘振裕度,保证安全性。升级中流道保持不变,对后面级叶片进行了优化,以获得足够的喘振裕度,并减少损失。结果表明,相比原型机,升级后的压气机在设计状态喘振裕度提升超过3.5%,非设计点喘振裕度也得到提升。研究成果可为后续压气机性能优化升级提供参考。
The power output of modern gas turbines has been continually increased due to high demand of power generation in China.Therefore,higher operation safety is required.An axial compressor is upgraded to increase surge margin of a certain type of gas turbine with CFD tools to ensure the stability.The flow path remains unchanged,and the rear stages are modified aiming at increasing surge margin and reducing losses.Results show that compared with the original unit,the increase of surge margin is more than 3.5%on design condition,and the surge margin is also larger for off-design condition.The research result can provide reference for the consequent performance upgrade and optimization of gas turbines.
