摘要
燃气轮机为适应管网天然气压力的波动,基本都具备天然气滑压的控制功能,本公司的2台9F燃气轮机在进行LVE程序升级后,天然气滑压的控制较原逻辑有较大的变动。比较了程序更改前后的不同天然气滑压控制逻辑的区别,以了解更新后的天然气滑压控制的特点,这有助于理解机组运行中天然气压力变化对燃气轮机机组的影响,并及时作出相应的措施。研究成果可为启停阶段需降低排放的燃气轮机控制改造提供参考。
In order to adapt to the fluctuation of natural gas pressure in pipe network,gas turbines generally have the control function of natural gas sliding pressure.After the execution of program upgrade of the Low Visible Emission(LVE)on two 9F gas turbines in our company,the control logic of natural gas sliding pressure has a great change compared with the original one.The differences of control logic of natural gas sliding pressure before and after the program change are compared so as to understand the characteristics of the updated natural gas sliding pressure control,and it is helpful to make clear the influence of natural gas pressure change on gas turbine unit during operation.Furthermore,corresponding measures can be taken in time.The research results can provide reference for the control upgrade of gas turbine,whose emission need to be reduced during start-up and shut-down.
