护士分层级使用与绩效管理在神经内科病房的效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价在神经内科病房管理中,采用护士分层级使用与绩效管理取得的效果。方法选取菏泽市定陶区人民医院在2020年1月—2021年1月期间神经内科病房护理人员23名作为对照组,采用神经内科病房常规管理;选择该医院2021年2月—2022年2月期间神经内科病房护理人员23名作为观察组,采用护士分层级使用与绩效管理,将两组神经内科护理人员的管理效果进行对比。结果观察组护理人员对于管理的满意度100.00%高于对照组73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的基础护理评分(95.46±2.56)分、分级护理评分(93.46±2.58)分、护理分数评分(93.48±3.47)分、消毒隔离评分(94.52±4.02)分和病房管理评分(93.65±5.08)分均高于对照组(85.63±3.52)分、(86.18±3.56)分、(87.05±4.05)分、(86.28±3.69)分、(85.46±6.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科病房管理中,采用护士分层级使用与绩效管理取得的效果突出,有利于提高护理人员对于管理的满意度,还可以提高护理人员的整体护理质量,值得在临床中予以推广使用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of using nurses'hierarchical use and performance management in neurology ward management.Methods Selected 23 nurses in the neurology ward from January 2020 to January 2021 in Dingtao District People's Hospital of Heze City as the control group,and adopted the routine management of the neurology ward.A total of 23 nurses in the neurology ward of the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the observation group,and the hierarchical use and performance management of nurses were adopted.The management effects of the two groups of neurological nurses were compared.Results The nursing staff in the observation group had higher satisfaction with management 100.00%than the control group 73.91%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The basic nursing score(95.46±2.56)points,graded nursing score(93.46±2.58)points,nursing score(93.48±3.47)points,disinfection and isolation score(94.52±4.02)points and ward management score(93.65±5.08)points in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(85.63±3.52)points,(86.18±3.56)points,(87.05±4.05)points,(86.28±3.69)points,(85.46±6.21)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of neurology wards,the use of nurses'hierarchical use and performance management has achieved outstanding results,which is conducive to improving nurses'satisfaction with management,and can also improve the overall nursing quality of nurses.It is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
