脊柱外科机器人辅助经皮椎体成型手术教学中的应用评价

摘要 目的探究脊柱外科机器人辅助PVP手术教学的培训效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月该科青年医师共24名学员,随机分为研究组(12名)和对照组(12名),分别接受脊柱外科机器人辅助的PVP手术教学和传统方法教学。完成教学后分别进行PVP理论、实践考核及课程满意度评估。结果研究组PVP理论考核成绩及课程满意程度较对照组高,课程结束后,两组学员均可独立行腰椎PVP手术操作,研究组学员的单侧通道置入时间、透视次数更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经椎弓根置入操作通道为经皮椎体成型手术(PVP)的关键步骤,也是该术式的教学重点和难点。通过脊柱外科机器人辅助PVP手术教学有显著优势,有助于学员更好地掌握PVP技术。 Objective To explore the training effect of intraoperative spine robotics percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)surgery teaching.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,24 junior surgeons were selected and randomly divided into the study group(12 junior surgeons)and the control group(12 junior surgeons),and trained by the robot-improved course and the traditional course,respectively.After the course,all students performed the PVP theoretic test,PVP surgery and evaluation of satisfaction.Results The study group had a better PVP theory test scores and evaluation of satisfaction than the control group.Although students of both groups could independently perform PVP after the course,the study group had a better unilateral channel insertion time,times of fluoroscopy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transpedicular placement of the operating channel is a key step in percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP),and it is also the teaching focus and difficulty of this operation.The teaching of PVP surgery by intraoperative spine robotics has significant advantages,which helps students to better master PVP technology.
