通过对我国医药卫生科技查新机构发展势态和知识服务的探讨,发掘出行业新亮点、新优势、新业态,为传统医药卫生科技查新发展注入新的活力,为知识经济社会发展添加重要推动力。在梳理我国医药卫生科技查新机构发展脉络的基础上,查找目前制约我国医药卫生科技查新发展的瓶颈,探索新的发展态势以及知识服务内容。针对知识经济背景下我国医药卫生查新机构存在的问题,提出面向对象,服务创新;面向智库,模式创新;面向竞争,格局创新的知识服务模式,希望为我国“十四五”创新驱动发展注入新的力量。

Through the discussion on the development trend and knowledge service of medical and health science and technology novelty search institutions in China,explore new highlights,new advantages and new formats of the industry,inject new vitality into the development of traditional medical and health science and technology novelty search,and add an important driving force to the development of knowledge economy and society.On the basis of combing the development context of medical and health science and technology novelty search institutions in China,find the bottlenecks restricting the development of medical and health science and technology novelty search in China,and explore new development trends and knowledge service contents.Aiming at the problems existing in Chinese medical and health novelty search institutions under the background of knowledge economy,this paper puts forward the knowledge service model of object-oriented and service innovation;think tank oriented and model innovation;competition oriented and pattern innovation,hoping to inject new strength into the innovation driven development of Chinese"14th five year plan".
