摘要
目的探究骨科护士实施分级授权管理模式的可行性。方法选取2019年9月—2021年10月该院骨科在职护理人员20名为研究对象,根据时间不同分为管理前(2019年9月—2020年9月)和管理后(2020年10月—2021年10月)。管理前实施传统护理管理模式,管理后实施分级授权管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员核心技能、情绪智力、职业认同评分。结果管理后护理人员消毒牵引、石膏固定、颈腰围使用、深静脉维护、负压封闭引流核心技能评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员感知情绪、自我调控、运用情绪、理解他人情绪智力水平显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员职业认知评价、职业社会支持、职业社交技能、职业自我反思、职业困难挫折职业认同评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科护士实施分级授权模式,管理效果确切,可显著提高护理人员核心技能、强化情绪智力水平及职业认同,为骨科患者提供高质量护理服务的同时充分体现护理人员的个人价值。
Objective To explore the feasibility of implementing hierarchical authorization management model for orthopaedic nurses.Methods A total of 20 in-service nurses in the Department of Orthopedics in the hospital from September 2019 to October 2021 were selected.According to different time,they were divided into before management(from September 2019 to September 2020)and after management(from October 2020 to October 2021).The traditional nursing management mode was implemented before management,and the hierarchical authorization management mode was implemented after management.Comparison of core skills,emotional intelligence and professional identity of nurses before and after management.Results After management,the scores of core skills such as disinfection and traction,plaster immobilization,use of neck and waist circumference,deep vein maintenance,and negative pressure sealing drainage were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the emotional intelligence level of nursing staff in perceiving emotions,self-regulation,using emotions,and understanding others was significantly higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of occupational cognition evaluation,occupational social support,occupational social skills,occupational self-reflection,occupational difficulties and setbacks of nursing staff after management were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthopedic nurses implement the hierarchical authorization model,and the management effect is accurate,which can significantly improve the core skills of nurses,strengthen the level of emotional intelligence and professional identity,provide high-quality nursing services for orthopedic patients,and fully reflect the personal value of nurses.
