PDCA循环法对临床检验危急值管理的应用效果探究

Research on the Application Effect of PDCA Cycle Method on the Management of Critical Value in Clinical Examination

目的评析在临床检验危急值管理中采取PDCA循环法的应用效果。方法选择该院在2021年2月—2022年2月期间接诊的90例检验科检出危急值患者,根据随机双盲法进行分组,每组45例,对照组给予常规管理方式,观察组给予PDCA循环法管理,对比两组检出危急值患者的抢救成功率、检验结果回报时间和临床干预实施时间。结果观察组抢救成功率97.78%高于对照组82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组检验结果回报时间(32.10±6.56)min和临床干预实施时间(25.45±7.67)min均短于对照组(47.83±8.47)、(36.98±7.06)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床检验危急值管理中采取PDCA循环法可以取得理想的效果,能够提升抢救成功率,缩短抢救时间,值得在临床中予以使用和推广。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of PDCA cycle method in the management of clinical test critical value.Methods A total of 90 patients with critical value detected in the laboratory department who were admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into groups according to random double-blind method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management,and the observation group was given PDCA cycle management.The rescue success rate,test result return time and clinical intervention implementation time were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue success rate of the observation group was 97.78%higher than that of the control group(82.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test result reporting time(32.10±6.56)min and the clinical intervention implementation time(25.45±7.67)min in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(47.83±8.47)min,(36.98±7.06)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle method can achieve ideal results in the management of critical value in clinical examination,which can improve the success rate of rescue and shorten the rescue time,which is worthy of being used and popularized in clinical practice.
