摘要
目的探讨超声引导技术在剖宫产麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取2019年1月—2020年12月该院64名麻醉专业住院医师为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为参照组和观察组,每组32名。参照组和观察组分别采用解剖定位法、超声引导技术定位法进行规范化培训,对两组住院医师教学有效率、教学满意度、教学效果自我评价及考核成绩情况进行研究比较。结果观察组教学有效率93.75%高于参照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度中带教态度(22.43±1.12)分、带教内容(22.75±1.26)分、教学方法(22.11±1.34)分、教学效果(21.83±1.62)分及教学成绩中应急操作能力(92.95±1.58)分、整体抢救流程(25.83±1.86)分、配合协调能力(23.47±1.74)分、理论知识(33.23±1.72)分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学效果自我评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将超声引导技术应用于剖宫产麻醉临床教学中,能够提升医师穿刺成功率,教学效果理想,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of ultrasound-guided technology in cesarean section anesthesia teaching.Methods A total of 64 anesthesiologists who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects,and divided into a reference group and an observation group by random number table method,with 32 in each group.The reference group and the observation group were trained by anatomical positioning method and ultrasound-guided technology positioning method,respectively.The teaching effectiveness,teaching satisfaction,self-evaluation of teaching effect and assessment results were compared between the two groups of residents.Results The teaching effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%higher than that of the reference group 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the teaching satisfaction of the observation group,the teaching attitude(22.43±1.12)points,the teaching content(22.75±1.26)points,the teaching method(22.11±1.34)points,the teaching effect(21.83±1.62)points and the emergency operation ability in the teaching performance(92.95±1.58)points,overall rescue process(25.83±1.86)points,coordination ability(23.47±1.74)points,theoretical knowledge(33.23±1.72)points were higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-evaluation of teaching effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ultrasound-guided technology in the clinical teaching of cesarean anesthesia can improve the success rate of physician puncture and reduce the complications of puncture.The teaching effect is ideal,and it has clinical application value.
