改良曲张静脉点式剥除术在治疗中老年下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效

目的:探究中老年下肢静脉曲张患者应用改良曲张静脉点式剥除术展开治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年11月至2019年11月本院收治的中老年下肢静脉曲张患者116例,按照治疗方法的不同分组,各58例,对照组使用传统曲张静脉点式剥除术治疗,观察组使用改良曲张静脉点式剥除术。观察两组的手术处理效果、围术期相关指标以及术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者手术总有效率高于对照组,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组患者术中出血量和手术时间、术后下床活动时间均显著较少或较短,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后出现水肿、局部麻木等并发症的患者总占比低于对照组,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在中老年下肢静脉曲张患者的治疗中使用改良曲张静脉点式剥除术治疗,手术近期处理效果较理想,并且并发症较少,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified variceal vein point stripping in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with lower extremity varicose veins.Methods:116 middle-aged and elderly patients with varicose veins of lower limbs treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected,and 58 cases were divided into different groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with traditional varicose vein point stripping,and the observation group was treated with modified varicose vein point stripping.The surgical treatment effect,perioperative related indexes and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss,operation time,and postoperative ambulation time of the observation group were significantly less or shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total proportion of patients with postoperative edema,local numbness and other complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified varicose vein punctured resection in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with lower extremity varicose vein has better short-term treatment effect,and fewer complications,and high clinical application value.
