伤口造口护理小组对临床压疮预防与治疗的应用研究

Application of wound stoma nursing team in prevention and treatment of clinical pressure ulcer

目的:探讨临床压疮预防与治疗期间伤口造口护理小组创建可行性。方法:选取2018年1月1日至2020年12月31日收治的58例压疮风险患者进行压疮防治护理研究;随机分为常规护理组(常规皮肤护理管理)和伤口造口护理组(常规皮肤护理管理+伤口造口护理小组),各29例;比较两组患者压疮发生率、护理满意度(压疮预防效果、护理态度、护理专业性、护理质量)评分、生活质量评分。结果:伤口造口护理组生活评分(78.16±22.52)分、(75.34±16.55)分、(78.74±22.37)分、(84.62±20.62)分、(87.73±22.24)分均高于常规护理组(52.33±23.48)分、(51.31±21.32)分、(53.17±25.50)分、(64.72±26.32)分、(62.27±20.57)分(P<0.05),伤口造口护理组压疮发生率(3.45%)低于常规护理组(24.14%)(P<0.05);伤口造口护理组压疮预防效果(90.22±5.26)分、护理态度(91.11±3.25)分、护理专业性(91.36±4.19)分、护理质量(91.58±5.02)分高于常规护理组压疮预防效果(80.33±4.15)分、护理态度(80.35±5.12)分、护理专业性(81.49±5.25)分、护理质量(79.99±6.02)分(P<0.05)。结论:伤口造口护理小组创建并应用后,观察两组压疮发生率、护理满意度,降低、提高程度显著,可促进压疮风险患者预后能力提升。

Objective:To explore the feasibility of establishing a wound stoma nursing team during the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcer.Methods:from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020,58 patients with pressure ulcer risk were selected for the study of pressure ulcer prevention and nursing;they were randomly divided into conventional nursing group(conventional skin nursing management)and wound stoma nursing group(conventional skin nursing management+wound stoma nursing group),with 29 cases in each group;the incidence of pressure ulcer,nursing satisfaction(pressure ulcer prevention effect,nursing attitude)of the two groups were compared The score of nursing degree,nursing specialty and nursing quality,Quality of L score.Results:Life score(78.16±22.52),(75.34±16.55),(78.74±22.37),(84.62±20.62),(87.73±22.24)were all higher than usual care(52.33±23.48),(51.31±21.32),(53.17±25.50),(64.72±26.32),(62.27±20.57)(P<0.05),the incidence of pressure ulcer in the wound stoma nursing group(3.45%)was lower than that in the conventional nursing group(24.14%)(P<0.05);the prevention effect of pressure ulcer in the wound stoma nursing group(90.22±5.26),nursing attitude(91.11±3.25),nursing professionalism(91.36±4.19)and nursing quality(91.58±5.02)were higher than those in the conventional nursing group(80.33±4.15)and nursing attitude(80.35±5.12),nursing professionalism(81.49±5.25)and nursing quality(79.99±6.02)(P<0.05).Conclusion:after the establishment and application of wound stoma nursing group,the incidence of pressure ulcer and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed,and the degree of reduction and improvement was significant,which can promote the prognosis ability of patients with pressure ulcer risk.
