优质护理在风湿病患者护理中的应用效果及满意度分析

Application effect and satisfaction analysis of high-quality nursing in nursing of patients with rheumatism

目的:深入认知风湿病患者的病症特点,针对性制定优质护理计划,由此分析其护理质量以及护理满意度情况。方法:结合此次研究内容,随机选择本院2019年8月到2020年8月收治的74例患者,并且针对随机选择的患者来划分两组,分别是实验组以及对照组,其中实验组主要采用其优质护理形式来进行日常护理,而对照组额还是保持原定的相关护理内容。由此针对两组患者的病症情况以及护理反馈情况,结合患者的护理服务满意度、消极心理情绪、疼痛评分、护理效果等内容,来展开对比分析。结果:通过应用优质护理的实验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前后患者焦虑,抑郁评分状况有所改变,焦虑、抑郁评分降低,且实验组评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组数字评价量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理方案的应用具有其重要作用,在风湿病患者护理过程中采用优质护理方案能够减轻患者疼痛,提高其生存质量。

Objective:To deeply recognize the characteristics of rheumatism patients,targeted to develop high quality nursing plan,thus analyzing the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction.Methods:Combined with the research content,randomly selected from August 2019 to August 2020 treated 74 cases of patients,and in view of the randomly selected patients to divide two groups,respectively was the experimental group and control group,experimental group mainly adopts the high quality of nursing form to nurse daily,and controls the forehead still maintain the original content related nursing.Based on the symptoms of the two groups of patients and nursing feedback,combined with the patient›s nursing service satisfaction,negative psychological emotions,pain score,nursing effect and other contents,to carry out a comparative analysis.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of patients before and after nursing were changed,and the scores of anxiety and depression were decreased.The scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The digital evaluation scale score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing plan plays an important role in rheumatic patients in the nursing process of high quality nursing plan can reduce the pain of patients,improve their quality of life.
