优质护理管理在新生儿护理中的应用效果探讨

Discussion on the application effect of high-quality nursing management in neonatal nursing

目的:探究对临床新生儿护理的过程中,使用优质护理管理的效果情况。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月在本院接收治疗的90例新生儿为研究对象,按随机数字表发分为两组,各45例。对照组实施常规新生儿护理管理,观察组实施优质护理管理。对比两组家属满意度、新生儿护理知识满意度、新生儿疾病发生率情况。结果:观察组家长护理满意度为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长日常护理、体位护理、饮食护理、排便护理新生儿护理知识掌握评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿疾病发生率为2.22%,低于对照组的17.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床新生儿护理开展进行的过程中,通过优质护理管理方法的应用之后,新生儿护理的效果得到了优化和提高,带来了更加积极的影响作用,也同时提升了家属的满意程度、新生儿护理的相关知识掌握程度,可以对有关健康问题加以有效预防。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing management in the process of clinical neonatal nursing.Methods:90 newborns receiving treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine neonatal nursing management,while the observation group received high-quality nursing management.Family satisfaction,neonatal nursing knowledge satisfaction and neonatal disease incidence were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of parents in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of parents’daily nursing,posture nursing,diet nursing and defecation nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal diseases in the observation group was 2.22%,which was lower than 17.78% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of clinical neonatal nursing,after the application of high quality nursing management method,the effect of neonatal nursing has been optimized and improved,which has brought more positive effects.At the same time,it improves the satisfaction of family members and the mastery of related knowledge of neonatal nursing,which can effectively prevent related health problems.
