Vitapex糊剂行根尖诱导术治疗年轻恒牙根管感染患儿的效果及对其龈沟液炎症因子的影响

Effect of Vitapex paste on root canal infection in young permanent teeth and its effect on gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors

目的:Vitapex糊剂为根管消毒类药物,且流动性强,不仅可填补根管,还能控制根管感染(RCI),可能促进牙根发育。本文探讨Vitapex糊剂行根尖诱导术(AF)治疗年轻恒牙RCI患儿的效果。方法:纳入2019年1月至2021年1月于会宁县中医医院口腔科治疗的100例恒牙RCI患儿作为观察对象,按乱数表法随机分为对照组(50例,均采用氢氧化钙糊剂进行AF治疗)和观察组(50例,采用Vitapex糊剂进行AF治疗)。评价临床疗效和龈沟液炎症。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组的治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),对比有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组龈沟液内白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-8和肿瘤坏死因子水平低于对照组,对比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:AF治疗中应用Vitapex糊剂可有效减轻患儿的牙龈炎症,进而提高疗效。

Objective:Vitapex paste is a root canal disinfection drug with strong fluidity.It can not only fill the root canal,but also control root canal infection(RCI),which may promote the development of tooth roots.This paper discusses the effect of Vitapex paste on apical induction(AF)in the treatment of young children with RCI of permanent teeth.Methods:100 children with permanent teeth RCI treated in the Department of Stomatology of Huining traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were included as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into control group(50 patients were treated with calcium hydroxide paste for AF)and observation group(50 patients were treated with Vitapex paste for AF).To evaluate the clinical efficacy and gingival crevicular fluid inflammation.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).Interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in gingival crevicular fluid of the observation group.The level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Vitapex paste in the treatment of AF can effectively reduce the gingival inflammation of children and improve the curative effect.
