汽车整车制造过程VOCs减排研究

A Research on VOCs Emission Reduction in Automobile Manufacturing

摘要 分析了汽车生产制造环节中产生VOCs的工序,指出推广环保型涂料,追求精细化喷涂技术,提高原材料利用率是VOCs减排的关键,建议从原料替代、改善喷涂技术、完善生产组织管理和加强VOCs末端治理等方面入手,减少VOCs排放,全面推行清洁生产,构建绿色环保的汽车生产制造体系。 VOCs generating in the whole processes of automobile manufacturing was analysed.It has indicated that key measures to reduce VOCs emission are to promote the use of environmentally friendly coating,to adopt the refining spraying technology,and to improve the utilisation rate of raw materials.It is suggested that the reduction of VOCs emission could be started with raw material substitution,spray technique improvement,completion of organisational management in production,the end-of-pipe control strengthening,and etc.to overall practise the cleaner production and build up a green and environmentally friendly system for automobile manufacturing.
