车门分体式铰链同轴度问题研究

摘要 针对车门分体式铰链在装配结合过程中存在的铰链漏缝落不到位的现象,对分体式铰链进行数学建模,分析研究了上下铰链的同轴度误差与铰链的结构参数和空间位置变量之间的相互关系。通过利用蒙特卡罗方法进行公差计算分析,提出了影响车门分体式铰链装配合格率的关键参数以及公差控制范围,并针对关键参数的优化提升提出了具体的夹具和零件的优化控制方法,有效地应用于实际生产过程中,提升了车门铰链装配合格率。 For the problem that the automobile door split hinge does not fall in place in the assembly process,the mathematical model of split hinge was established,and the relationship between the coaxiality error of upper and lower hinges and the structural parameters and spatial position variables of hinges was analyzed and studied.Through the tolerance clculation and analysis by using Monte Carlo method,the key parameters and tolerance control range affecting the assembly qualification rate of door split hinge were proposed,and the specific optimization control method of fixture and parts was proposed for the optimization of key parameters,which was effectively applied to the actual production process and improved the assembly qualification rate of door hinge.
