Digital Plant Solutions and Demonstration Applications of Rubber Seals for Automobile Spare Parts Industry

橡塑密封件为标准化系列产品,种类较多,质量稳定性要求高,对原料批次、设备参数、环境参数敏感。传统橡塑密封件生产方式难以满足汽车零配件行业该领域的需求,为此参考国际标准ISA-95和工业4.0指南,覆盖密封件生产的全生命周期,实现ERP(企业资源计划)、MES(制造执行系统)、SCADA(数据采集与监控系统)、PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)、自动配料系统和智能传感器之间的信息集成,提出汽车零配件行业橡塑密封件数字化车间的解决方案,并进行了示范应用。

Rubber seals are standardized series products with many types and high requirements for quality stability.They are sensitive to raw material batch,equipment parameters and environmental parameters.Traditional production methods are difficult to meet the needs of automobile spare parts industry in this field.Therefore,this paper referred to the international standards ISA-95 and Industry 4.0 Guide to cover the whole life cycle of seal production and achieve information integration between ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan),MES(Manufacturing Execution System),SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition System),PLC,automatic batching system and intelligent sensor,and proposed solutions for the digital plant of rubber seal,and made demonstration for this applications.
