摘要 制动蠕动噪声发生机理复杂,影响因素众多,客户抱怨多,业界普遍认为其根本原因是制动盘和制动块间的粘滑自激振动,通过空气或者车辆底盘系统传递到车内。大多数对蠕动噪声的评价方法也主要集中在测试其传递过程及传递之后的声音/振动表现情况来评估噪声。通过模拟极低转速下盘和片之间的微振动,并提5个量化指标,试验结果表明整车蠕动噪声评分与粘滑试验各参数排序的相关性为强烈负相关,相关关系由小到大排序分别为ΔT(动静力矩差值)、Δμ(动静摩擦系数差值)、ΔE(粘滑功)、ζ(摩擦系数率)、SP(能量释放速率),相关系数分别为-0.9979、-0.9911、-0.9849、-0.9764和-0.9759。该方法与整车有强烈相关性,可应用于配方开发阶段,作为配方预选,加速配方开发进度。 Peristalsis noise excitation mechanism is complicated and there are many influencing factors and customer complaints.It is widely believed that the root cause of peristalsis noise is the stick-slip self-excitation vibration between brake disk and brake block,which is transferred to the interior of the vehicle through air or the chassis system.Most evaluation methods of peristalsis noise also focus on testing its transfer process and sound/vibration performance after transfer for noise evaluation.5 quantitative parameters are proposed by simulating micro vibration between brake disk and pad under extremely speed.Test results show that peristalsis noise scoring are strong negatively correlated with correlation of ranking of parameters of stick-slip test,and the correlation coefficient is ranked from smallest to largest byΔT(torque difference between dynamic and static),Δμ(friction coefficient difference between dynamic and static),ΔE(stick-slip work),ζ(friction coefficient rate),SP(energy release rate)and the correlation coefficients are-0.9979,-0.9911,-0.9849,-0.9764 and-0.9759.This method is strong correlated with vehicle,and can be applied in the formula development stage,which can be used as a formula pre-option to speed up formula development.
