摘要
滑柱总成主要由螺旋弹簧、减振器组件组成,用于过滤由地面传来的部分冲击和振动,同时为汽车簧上结构提供支撑力,影响乘用车舒适性和操作性。设计了一套用于大载荷滑柱总成合装的工装,对工装中弹簧夹片进行有限元分析,并通过正交试验法,结合有限元分析结果,对试验结果进行评价,最终完成对弹簧夹片的尺寸优化。最后对尺寸优化后的弹簧进行仿真分析,结果表明,优化后的弹簧夹片结构满足工装要求。
Suspension strut mainly consists of spiral spring,shock absorber.It is used to filter some of the impact and vibration from the ground,at the same time to provide support for vehicle spring structure,which affects comfort and operability of passenger car.A set of large-load suspension strut assembly tooling was designed,and spring clip in the tooling was analyzed by finite element.Orthogonal test was conducted which was evaluated by result of finite element analysis.Dimensional optimization was made to the spring clip.Finally,the optimized spring was simulated and analyzed,the results show that the optimized spring clip structure meets tooling reguirements.
