摘要
一直以来越南以其劳动力充足并且价格相对低廉,吸引着大量中资企业到越南投资设厂。在越南革新开放日渐深入,渴望融入全球经济的大背景下,越南劳动力市场发生着改变,劳动法律制度也处于急迫的调整之中。这些改变必然影响到在越中资企业的属地化用工决策与管理。面对新时期越南属地化用工环境的改变,中资企业除了需要从宏观上重新认识越南劳资关系外,还要从技术层面上做到合法合规,避免用工风险。
Vietnam has been attracting a large number of Chinese enterprises to invest and set up factories for the abundant labor and its low price.In accordance with its reform and desire to integrate into the global economy,the labor legal system in Vietnam is in urgent need of adjustment.Therefore,this may inevitably affect the local employment of Chinese companies in Vietnam.Facing the changes of labor market and labor legal system in Vietnam in the new era,labor relations and a more strategic way to avoid the labor legal risks should be considered seriously by those Chinese enterprises.
