摘要
本文对地铁转向架一系钢弹簧支撑圈及有效圈断裂对转向架的性能影响进行了评估,计算了一系钢弹断裂状态下车辆的临界速度、运行平稳性、脱轨系数及减载率等安全性指标并对弹簧断裂后是否会脱落进行分析,仿真分析结果表明钢弹簧断裂故障对车辆的平稳性、安全性指标影响较小,且断裂后不会脱落,可以满足车辆安全运行的要求。
In this paper,the influence of the fracture of the steel spring supporting ring and the effective ring on the performance of the Metro Bogie is evaluated,the critical speed,running stability,derail coefficient and load reduction rate of wheel load of the vehicle are calculated under the condition for the faults of primary steel spring,and whether the spring will fall off after breaking is analyzed,the simulation results show that the fracture of the steel spring has little effect on the stability and safety of the vehicle,and does not fall off after fracture,which can meet the requirements of the safe operation of the vehicle.
