基于Excel的卷烟滤棒与鼓轮运动干涉分析

Movement Interference Analysis of Cigarette Filter Rod and Drum Based on Excel

为解决ZL41复合滤棒成型机加速鼓轮与第二切割鼓轮交接不顺问题,运用解析法,建立了滤棒、鼓轮位置关系的数学模型,通过插入一系列数值并导入Excel的办法作了运动干涉分析,找到了影响滤棒交接的干涉位置,通过增大倒角作了改进,解决了问题。其它通用鼓轮传递烟草滤棒过程中的干涉问题也作了相关探讨。

In order to solve the problem of improper connection between the accelerating drum and the second cutting drum of ZL41 composite filter rod forming machine,the mathematical model of the position relationship between the filter rod and the drum is established by using the analytical method.By inserting a series of numerical values and importing them into excel,the motion interference analysis is made,the interference position affecting the connection of the filter rod is found,and the problem is solved by increasing the chamfer.The interference of other general drum in the process of transmitting tobacco filter rod is also discussed.
