基于砷化镓IPD技术的带通滤波器小型化设计

摘要 雷达、通信产品中的微波系统正朝着小型化、高集成、高可靠、低成本方向发展。滤波器广泛应用于雷达、通信系统的前端,是非常重要的无源器件。传统工艺(腔体、印刷电路板)实现的滤波器体积庞大,难集成,稳定性不高。本文阐述了一种基于砷化镓集成无源器件(Integrated Passive Device,IPD)工艺,采用契比雪夫响应的LC结构,设计并实现了一款性能优良的带通滤波器设计,相比传统工艺的滤波器,大大缩小了滤波器的体积,实现了射频与微波系统的小型化。 The microwave system of radar and communication is developing in the direction of miniaturization,high integration,high reliability and low cost.The filters are widely used in the front end of radar and communication systems,which are very important passive devices.The filters realized by traditional process(Cavity filter,PCB filter)is bulky,difficult to integrate,and has poor stability.This paper design and realization a high performance band-pass filter MMIC based on GaAs IPD Technology.It has much less volume than the filter which is fabricated by traditional technology,that is suite for the miniaturization trend of RF and microwave system.Index Terms-GaAs,IPD,Band-pass Filter,Miniaturized.
