数控机床定位精度测量实验综述报告

摘要 高精端立业对产品的加工精度要求逐渐提高。数控机床的定位精度直接影响产品的加工精度。文中对定位精度常用的测量技术方法进行了阐述,给出激光干涉法测量定位精度是当前普遍采用的方法的结论。对激光干涉仪的应用领域进行了分析;以激光干涉仪测量某新研发的多轴联动数控机床的定位精度为例,开展了实验介绍与分析。 The processing accuracy of products are gradually improved in the processing in high-precision.The positioning accuracy of CNC machines directly affects the machining accuracy of products.In this paper,the commonly used measurement techniques and methods of positioning accuracy are described,and the conclusion that laser interferometry is a commonly used method to measure positioning accuracy is given.The application fields of laser interferometer are analyzed;taking the positioning accuracy of a newly developed multi axis CNC machine tool measured by laser interferometer as an example,the experiment is introduced and analyzed.
