摘要
为了提高塔机运行安全性,针对塔机远程安全监控系统的设计展开分析,并阐述物联网技术在该系统设计中的应用。本文首先介绍物联网技术和塔机运行监控中需要用到的物联网技术。其次分别从系统结构、系统架构设计、软件设计、硬件设计和系统实现与测试五个方面做出讨论,优化塔机远程安全监控系统设计方案。讨论该监控系统在建筑工程施工中应用的效果,最后阐述塔机远程安全监控发展前景,明确了今后优化设计监控系统的要点,旨在提高塔机运行过程的稳定性与安全性,从而在物联网技术的帮助下,针对塔机运行过程进行强有力的监控。
In order to improve the safety of tower crane operation,the design of remote safety monitoring system for tower crane is analyzed,and the application of Internet of things technology in the system design is described.This paper first introduces the Internet of things technology and the Internet of things technology that needs to be used in tower crane operation monitoring.Secondly,it discusses the system structure,system architecture design,software design,hardware design and system implementation and testing,and optimizes the design scheme of the tower crane remote safety monitoring system.The application effect of the monitoring system in construction engineering is discussed.Finally,the development prospect of remote safety monitoring for tower crane is expounded,and the key points of optimizing the design of the monitoring system in the future are clarified,aiming at improving the stability and safety of the tower crane operation process,so as to carry out strong monitoring for the tower crane operation process with the help of Internet of things technology.
