浅埋覆盖层岩层地质深水现浇钢管支架施工技术研究

摘要 随着我国桥梁工程的快速发展,开始在江河湖泊上修建现浇箱梁,本文详细介绍了湖南省永州市城南大桥水中第二联浅埋覆盖层岩层地质、深水条件下的钢管支架的具体施工方法;该方法采用小直径冲击钻在现浇支架钢管桩自身孔内进行引孔,不用另外下放钢护筒,引孔过程中钢管桩不断自沉跟进,待引孔至设计深度采用振动锤插打钢管桩,有效确保了钢管桩嵌岩锚固深度,为浅埋覆盖层岩层地质内深水现浇钢管支架施工提供了一种新的施工方法。该施工方法具有良好的社会效益与经济性,可为类似工程施工提供参考。 With the rapid development of bridge engineering in China,cast-in-place box girder have been built on rivers and lakes.This paper introduces in detail the concrete construction method of steel pipe support under the condition of rock geology and deep water of the second shallow overlaying layer of Chengnan Bridge in Yongzhou City,Hunan Province.The method using small diameter drill steel pipe piles in cast-in-place support for hole drilling holes,without the other down steel liners,the process of drilling holes in steel pipe pile ZiChen follow up continuously,for drilling holes to design depth using vibration hammer type steel pipe pile,effectively ensure the steel pipe pile rock-socketed anchoring depth,for deep water in shallow overburden strata geological cast-in-place steel pipe scaffold construction provides a new construction method.This construction method has good social benefit and economy,and can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
