跨路现浇连续箱梁支架设计与施工工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 钢管桩支架在现浇桥梁施工中是一种被广泛使用的结构形式,其设计与施工工艺的选取对于施工质量、安全、效率都有极大影响。本文针对跨路施工现浇连续梁,采用钢管桩支架作为施工基础的工艺进行分析,研究钢管桩支架的具体结构布置及受力情况,并通过预压来验证支架结构是否满足受力要求。通过分析验算,总结钢管桩支架施工中对于支架结构和预压的具体要求和施工技术要点,可为路桥设计与施工提供借鉴。 Steel pipe pile support is a widely used structural form in cast-in-place bridge construction,its design and selection of construction technology have great influence on construction quality,safety and efficiency.This paper analyzes the process of using steel pipe pile support as construction foundation for cast-in-place continuous beam construction across the road,studies the concrete structure layout and stress of steel pipe pile support,and verifies whether the support structure meets the stress requirements through preloading.Through the analysis and checking calculation,the concrete requirements of the support structure and preloading and the key points of construction technology in the construction of steel pipe pile support are summarized,which can provide reference for the design and construction of road and bridge.
