摘要
连铸机上装式引锭系统,若没有防坠落的保护装置,在提升过程中一旦发生意外,引锭杆坠落会砸毁设备或出现人身安全事故,所以上装式引锭系统必须设置安全锁紧装置。通过采用平行四边形机构原理,设计出一种安全锁紧装置,该装置具有结构和控制简单、投资成本低、使用维护方便和运行安全可靠的优点,为有效防止上装式引锭系统的引锭杆在提升过程中意外坠落提供一种技术解决方案。
Dummy bar falling of continuous caster upper-fixing dummy bar system will damage devices and cause personal safety accidents without falling protection device during lifting,so the upper-fixing dummy bar system must be set up with a safety locking device.By adopting the principle of parallelogram mechanism,a safety locking device has been designed,which possessed advantages of simple structure and easy control,low investment costs,convenient operation and maintenance as well as safety and reliability to provide a technical solution scheme for effectively preventing dummy bar of upper-fixing dummy bar system from falling.
