摘要
航空发动机涡轮部位流场测量装置承受高温载荷,使用GH4169材料制造,制造工艺中需对结构进行焊接。为了研究焊接工艺对材料结构强度影响,设计加工了不同切口深度试件,研究了接头切口深度对焊接效果的影响,同材钎焊下GH4169材料的焊接熔深小于1 mm;开展了三种焊接热处理工序下GH4169材料试件及两件对比试件拉伸试验,研究了焊接热处理工序对材料拉伸性能影响,焊接后固溶时效处理的试件接头部位拉伸强度最高,达到1230MPa,为固溶时效对比试件的91.8%。为后续测量装置的设计加工提供了制造工艺及强度设计参考。
The measurement rake at the turbine of aeroengine,which bears high temperature load,is made of GH4169 material,and its structure needs to be welded in the manufacturing process.In order to study influences of welding process on the structural strength of the materials,the following studies ae carried out.Specimens with different notch depths are designed and machined,and influence of the notch depth on welding effect is studied;under the same material brazing,the welding penetration of GH4169 material is less than 1mm.Meanwhile,tensile tests of the GH4169 material specimens and two comparison specimens are conducted under three different welding heat treatment processes,and effect of the welding heat treatment process on the tensile properties of materials is studied;the tensile strength of welded joint is the highest after solution and aging treatment,reaching 1230 MPa,which is 91.8%of the solution and aging treatment test.It provides a reference for the manufacturing process and strength design of the measurement rake.
