3000 t水压试管机安装精度及调整方法的研究

摘要 通过对哈萨克斯坦3000 t水压试管机场内安装调试,证明采用改进后的安装方案能大幅度提高水压试管机安装精度。其中横梁、后压头装置中心线的提前刻划安装对中线,以及拉力梁装配工艺基准的加工起到了关键作用。应用改进后的装配方法,很好地解决了拉力梁位置精度调整问题,并在生产实践中进行了应用,证明其工艺方法的可行性。该研究成果在保证产品精度要求的同时,减少了厂内及现场安装调整时间,控制了生产成本,提高了生产效率。 The installation and commissioning of 3000t hydrostatic testing machine in Kazakhstan proves that the improved installation scheme can significantly improve the installation accuracy of hydrostatic testing machine.The installation centering line was delineated in advance at the centerlines of beam and rear pressure head device,and the fabrication of tension beam as per the assembly process datum pays a key role.The improved assembly method well solved the problem of adjusting the position accuracy of tension beam,and has been applied in production practice to prove the feasibility of the technical process.The research findings can not only ensure the product accuracy requirements,but also reduce the time of installation and adjustment in the factory and on site,control the production cost and improve the production efficiency.
