摘要
大模数齿轮齿条机构是一类典型的低速重载机构,该文将三峡升船机作为研究对象,针对大模数齿轮齿条传动系统的齿轮弯曲强度和接触强度展开研究,建立了齿轮齿条三维实体模型,模拟设置了6组工况条件,分别对不同工况条件下的齿轮弯曲、接触应力进行了理论分析计算和有限元分析求解,对比结果差值在10%左右,基本一致,证明理论方法和有限元方法分析齿轮弯曲强度和接触强度的可行性和准确性。
The large module rack and pinion mechanism is a typical low-speed and heavy-duty mechanism.In this paper,taking the Three Gorges ship lift as the research object,the bending strength and contact strength of large module rack and pinion transmission mechanism are studied.The three-dimensional solid model of rack and pinion is established,and six groups of working conditions are simulated.The theoretical analysis and finite element analysis of gear bending and contact stress under different working conditions are carried out,and the difference is about 10%,which is basically the same.It is proved that the theoretical method and finite element method are feasible and accurate to analyze the bending strength and contact strength of gears.
