摘要
以牧草干燥装置为研究对象,针对牧草干燥过程耗时估算问题及最终干燥效果评价问题,采用计算流体力学的方法对内部流场进行计算。将给定的工况作为计算边界条件,通过引入非定常计算方法、标准k-ε湍流方程,配合SIMPLEC算法,在计算该装置对被干燥牧草草捆的加热效果的基础上,分析计算了草捆内部水分的蒸发状况。将仿真分析的方法应用于牧草干燥装置干燥效果的评价中,可在设计初期对装置设计参数进行调整,得出合理的参数匹配结论,保证装置的工作效率。同时能够缩短研发周期,降低研发成本,为产品的设计提供高效便捷的手段。
The forage drying device is taken as the research object in this paper;aiming at the time-consuming estimation of forage drying process and the final drying effect evaluation problem,the internal flow field is calculated by using the computational fluid dynamics method.The given working condition is taken as the calculation boundary condition;based on calculating the heating effect of the device on the dried grass bales,with the unsteady calculation method,the evaporation condition of water in the bales is analyzed and calculated through introducing the unsteady calculation method,the standard k-εturbulence equation and the SIMPLEC algorithm.The simulation analysis method is applied to the evaluation of drying effect of the forage drying device;and the device design parameters can be adjusted at the initial design stage,then a reasonable parameter matching conclusion can be obtained to ensure the working efficiency of the device.At the same time,it can shorten R&D cycle,reduce cost,and provide efficient and convenient means for the product design.
