基于机械+化学清洗的橡胶坝清洗设备设计

摘要 溢流的河水和日照在橡胶坝表面上形成了污垢,对城市景观造成很大的影响,针对人工进行清洗橡胶坝工人劳动强度大,安全风险大,耗费人力较多,清洗效率低等问题,提出一种现代橡胶坝清洗设备设计方案,该设备通过行走轮进行整体移动,并利用电机带动清洗刷在橡胶坝表面擦洗,在橡胶表面试验水平面清洗简易装置,试验结果证明,该装置达到了清除水平面污垢的效果,验证了该清洗设备的设计方案可行。 The overflowing river water and sunlight have formed dirt on the surface of the rubber dam,which has a great impact on the urban landscape.Aiming at the problems of manual cleaning the rubber dam such as high labor intensity,high safety risks,more manpower and low cleaning efficiency,a design scheme for modern rubber dam cleaning equipment is proposed in this paper.The equipment moves as a whole through the walking wheels,and uses the motor to drive the cleaning brush to scrub on the surface of the rubber dam.A simple cleaning device for cleaning the horizontal surface is made,and the test is carried out on the rubber surface.The test results prove that the device has achieved the effect of removing the dirt on the horizontal plane,which verifies that the design scheme of the cleaning equipment is feasible.
