ZJ50/3150LDB钻机并车传动装置的设计

摘要 传统ZJ50/3150LDB钻机并车传动链条箱在较低转速工况下,机械润滑泵转速较低、流量小、润滑效果差、尤其是在环境温度较高时,并车传动链条箱润滑效果明显下降,工作温度高,影响钻机的正常使用,甚至损坏链条箱。从解决钻机较低转速工况低下链条箱润滑效果差的局限性出发,通过分析,设计了两套电动齿轮油泵的润滑方案,简化并车链条箱润滑结构,明显提升了润滑散热效果,效率利用大幅提高,达到现代石油钻节能化的发展要求,具有提质增效的现实意义。 Under the lower speed condition,the mechanical lubrication pump of the traditional ZJ50/3150LDB drilling rig drive chain box has problems of low speed,small flow and poor lubrication effect;especially when the environmental temperature is higher,the lubrication effect of the vehicle transmission chain box is significantly decreased;high working temperature would affect the normal use of the drill,and even damage the chain box.From the aspect of solving the limitation of the poor lubrication effect of chain box in the low speed working condition of the rig,two sets of electric gear pump lubrication schemes are designed through the analysis;the lubrication structure of compound chain box is simplified,thus the lubrication cooling effect is significantly improved,and the efficiency utilization is greatly improved,so as to fulfill the development requirements of modern oil drilling and energy conservation.It has the practical significance of improving quality and efficiency.
