某城轨车辆辅助电源装置结构强度及模态分析

摘要 为评价某城轨车辆辅助电源装置的结构强度与刚度特性,文中依据EN12663-1:2010标准规定的轨道车辆车下设备设计载荷条件对建立的辅助电源装置虚拟样机进行强度和模态仿真分析,利用样机试验对仿真结果进行了验证,结果表明:该辅助电源装置的结构满足强度和刚度设计要求。 In order to evaluate the structural strength and stiffness characteristics of an auxiliary power supply for urban rail vehicles,the strength and modal simulation analysis on the established virtual prototype of the auxiliary power supply are carried out based on the design load conditions of the rail vehicle undercarriage equipment specified in the EN12663-1:2010 standard in this article.Then the simulation results are verified by the prototype test.The results show that the structure of the auxiliary power supply meets the design requirements of strength and stiffness.
