摘要
为解决矿用蓄电池机车电池充电控制系统存在的充电效率不高、智能化水平较低的问题,提出基于STM32CPU的充电控制系统优化方案。重点研究了充电控制系统总体设计思路以及软硬件设计方案,以STM32F103VET6芯片为核心,设计充电电压、电流检测电路,显示屏、保护以及存储电路;通过变论域模糊PID控制算法实时调节充电电压、电流值,实现自适应充电过程。经试验验证,该电池充电控制系统运行稳定、高效,能够保证蓄电池机车电池快速、安全充电,具有较好的社会经济效益。
In order to solve the problems of low charging efficiency and low intelligence level in the battery charging control system of mining battery locomotives,an optimization scheme of charging control system based on the STM32 CPU is proposed.The overall design idea and software and hardware design scheme of the charging control system are mainly studied.Taking the STM32F103VET6 chip as the core,the charging voltage,current detection circuit,display screen,protection and storage circuit are designed;the charging voltage and current value is adjusted in real time through the fuzzy PID control algorithm so as to realize the adaptive charging process.It has been verified by the laboratory that the battery charging control system operates stably and efficiently,it can ensure fast and safe charging of battery locomotive batteries,and has good social and economic benefits.
