摘要
在总结和概述煤矿用带式输送机输送带跑偏原因的基础上,进行了输送带自动纠偏装置的设计,并对装置基本结构、运行原理进行分析探讨,应用Pro/E三维软件构建纠偏装置中左侧纠偏托辊机构模型并进行了纠偏装置运动学仿真分析。仿真分析结果表明,所设计的输送皮带纠偏装置能有效克服常规纠偏装置结构复杂、运维成本高、必须附加额外动力源等缺陷,系统可自动完成对输送皮带运行全过程的自动检测与纠偏调整,能耗及运行成本低,控制效果优良。
Based on summarizing the causes of belt deviation of coal mine belt conveyor,the design of automatic deviation-correcting device for conveyor belt is carried out in this paper,and the basic structure and operation principle of the device are analyzed and discussed.The Pro/E three-dimensional software is used to build the mechanism model of the left-side straightening roller in the rectifying device,and the kinematics simulation of the rectifying device is carried out.The result of data analysis shows that the designed device can overcome the defects of the conventional device,such as complex structure,high cost of operation and additional power source,etc.;the system can automatically detect,correct and adjust the deviation in the whole process of the conveyor belt operation;and the energy consumption and operation cost are low and the control effect is good.
