摘要 为解决矿灯功能单一、无法采集井下瓦斯浓度、无法实现人员定位的问题,设计了基于微控制器的智能矿灯。该智能矿灯以STC15W408AS CPU为核心,利用瓦斯传感器采集监测点瓦斯浓度以及矿灯坐标信息;通过CC1101无线模块将数据传送至定位系统;通过有线+无线通信模式将数据传送至数据传输系统以及地面监视系统。经能耗测试、瓦斯浓度测试以及人员定位测试,验证了该智能矿灯运行稳定、可靠,增强了矿灯的智能化水平。 In order to solve the problems of single function of miner′s lamp,inability to collect the underground gas concentration,and inability to realize the personnel positioning,an intelligent miner′s lamp based on microcontroller is designed in this paper.The smart miner′s lamp takes the STC15W408AS CPU as the core,uses the gas sensor to collect gas concentration at monitoring point and miner′s lamp coordinate information;transmits data to the positioning system through CC1101 wireless module;transmits data to data transmission system and ground monitoring system through wired+wireless communication mode.After the energy consumption test,gas concentration test and personnel positioning test,it is verified that the intelligent miner′s lamp operates stably and reliably,and the intelligent level of the miner's lamp is enhanced.
