摘要 针对传统的选煤厂压滤系统存在产品含水量高、脱水效果差、产品质量低等问题,基于选煤工艺分析了压滤系统的实际脱水工艺和现有技术应用中存在的问题,并提出脱水工艺优化改进方案,通过脱水工艺优化的改造应用试验,验证了采用优化工艺可使煤炭中含水量得到有效降低,提高产品质量,满足了实际产品质量需求,提高了企业的生产效率。 In view of the problems such as high water content,poor dehydration effect and low product quality in the pressure filtration system of traditional coal preparation plant,based on the coal preparation process,the actual dehydration process of the pressure filtration system and the problems existing in the application of existing technology are analyzed,and the optimization and improvement scheme of dehydration process is put forward in this article.Through the transformation and application of dehydration process optimization,it is shown that the optimized process can effectively reduce the water content in coal and improve the product quality,it meets the actual product quality requirements and improves the production efficiency of enterprises.
