既有运营铁路桥墩加固施工组织与控制

摘要 依托京通铁路伊逊河大桥等电气化改造工程,对全过程满堂脚手架作业、圆形墩定制钢模板附加操作平台作业等桥墩加固技术方案进行简单阐述,并通过竹胶板与钢模板、加厚混凝土抱箍与钢模板的对比,制定效果最优的加固方案;提出对既有桩基和基底裂缝进行混凝土注浆和处理,增补桩基料并外包钢筋混凝土等加固既有运营铁路桥墩的工艺方法。通过施工实践,明确了桥墩抗震加固工艺设计的工作内容要求及其关键工序的施工技术。实践表明,在保证既有运营铁路施工安全质量的情况下,顺利完成桥墩加固施工组织与控制,并避免了二次搭设满堂支架,施工效果显著,可为类似工程施工提供参考。 Based on electrification projects, such as Yixunhe Bridge of Beijing-Tongliao Railway, the technical schemes of pier reinforcement including whole-process scaffolding operation and additional operation platform for customized steel formwork of round piers are briefly described;optimal reinforcement scheme is formulated by comparing bamboo plywood with steel formwork and thickened concrete hoop with steel formwork;pier reinforcement methods for existing operating railways are proposed, e. g. concrete grouting and treatment of cracks in the existing pile foundation and subsoil, supplementation of pile foundation materials and wrapping of reinforced concrete. The seismic reinforcement process design of piers and the construction technology of key processes are clarified through construction practice. The research shows that under the circumstances of guaranteeing construction safety and quality of existing operating railways, the pier reinforcement project can be successfully organized and another erection of full hall scaffold can be avoided, providing references for similar projects.
