摘要
随着我国铁路行业的快速发展,对于铁路轨道的要求也越来越高,进而对铁路工程中的轨道铺设施工要求也逐渐提高。结合实际施工案例中应用同高度、同位置组装方式和设置铁路基桩、中桩等的定位方法,针对铁路工程中常见轨道铺设、道床施工、道岔铺设、应力放散等流程特点进行分析,为铁路工程中轨道铺设的技术要求提供依据和参考。该施工技术可在铁路轨道铺设的精度上进行控制,从而保证施工质量,提高施工水平,进一步优化铁路铺轨工作的整体效果,也能减少以后铁路轨道维护成本,可为此类施工提供参考。
With the rapid development of China’s railway industry, higher requirements are imposed for railway tracks, and the requirements for track laying construction in railway projects are also gradually increasing.Based on the application of the same-level and same-position assembly method and the positioning method of setting railway foundation piles and center piles in the actual construction practices, this paper analyzes the characteristics of common track laying, ballast bed construction, turnout laying, stress dispersion and other processes in railway engineering, providing basis and reference for the technical requirements of track laying in railway engineering. By virtue of this construction technology, the accuracy of railway track laying can be controlled, so as to ensure the construction quality, improve the construction standard, further optimize the overall effect of railway track laying and reduce the railway-track maintenance cost in the future, which can provide a reference for similar construction.
