摘要
长链非编码RNA(Long noncoding RNA,lncRNAs)是一类长度大于200 nt,不具备编码蛋白能力的RNA,但可以通过结合核酸及蛋白质等在动物体内行使作用。农业动物产仔数作为一类重要的繁殖性状,直接影响养殖经济效益。随着对lncRNA的不断深入研究,发现越来越多的lncRNA在表观遗传、转录和转录后等多个层面调控基因表达,在卵细胞的形成、妊娠的建立以及早期胚胎的发育等影响产仔数的关键步骤中扮演着重要角色。本文就当前lncRNA作用机制进行简单概述,并在此基础上结合近年来lncRNA在农业动物产仔数方面的研究进展进行综述,为研究lncRNA参与动物繁殖系统发育和产仔数性状调控等方面提供参考。
Long noncoding RNA(lncRNAs) is a type of RNA that is longer than 200 nucleotides(nt), which can not code protein, but can function in animals by binding nucleic acids, proteins and other substances. As an important reproductive trait in agricultural animals, litter size directly affects the economic benefits of breeding. Increasing studies have shown that lncRNA regulates gene expression at the levels of epigenetic modification, transcription and post-transcription, and plays an important role in key steps affecting litter size, such as egg cell formation, pregnancy establishment and early embryo development. In this paper, we briefly overview the mechanisms of lncRNA. On this basis, the research progress on lncRNAs in litter size of agricultural animals in recent years was reviewed, aiming to provide references for studying the role of lncRNAs in the development of animal reproductive system and the regulation of litter size traits.
