Research Progress on Biological Functions of Bee Pollen and Its Application in Chicken Production

蜂花粉是由蜜蜂采集回巢经过储存和发酵后的花粉。蜂花粉中含有丰富的营养物质,能提高动物的生产性能、繁殖性能、免疫性能和抗氧化能力。目前蜂花粉在畜禽生产上都有应用,具有较大的发展潜力。本文主要综述蜂花粉的有益特性和在鸡生产上的应用研究进展,为蜂花粉在鸡生产上的合理应用提供参考。

Bee pollen is the pollen collected by bees and returned to the nest after storage and fermentation. A large number of studies have shown that bee pollen is rich in nutrients, which can improve the production performance, reproductive performance, immune performance and antioxidant capacity of animals. At present, bee pollen has been widely used in livestock and poultry production, which has great development potential and needs further development. In this paper, the beneficial characteristics of bee pollen and its application in chicken production was reviewed to provide reference for rational application of bee pollen in chicken production.
