学龄前痉挛型脑瘫患儿副词理解能力研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估学龄前痉挛型脑瘫患儿的副词理解能力,探讨其理解副词的规律及特点。方法选取60例4~6岁脑瘫患儿为研究组,100例普通同龄儿童为对照组。分别进行学龄前儿童副词理解测验,分析两组年龄、副词理解类别的差异。结果①研究组的总体副词理解率(0.54±0.20)极显著低于对照组(0.71±0.15)(P<0.01)。②两组除6岁组副词理解率无显著差异(P>0.05),4岁组和5岁组有极显著差异(P<0.01)。③两组时间副词理解率有显著差异(P<0.05),程度、范围和判断副词的理解率有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论学龄前痉挛型脑瘫患儿的副词理解能力明显落后于同龄普通儿童;学龄前儿童副词理解测验有助于综合评估脑瘫患儿的语言能力,为其语言康复提供指导依据。 Objective To evaluate the comprehension ability of adverbs in preschool children with spastic cerebral palsy,and to preliminarily discuss the rules and characteristics of their understanding of adverbs.Methods Sixty children with cerebral palsy between 4 and 6 years old were selected as the study group,and 100 healthy children of the same age were selected as the control group.The two groups were given preschool children's adverb comprehension test to obtain their adverb comprehension rate,and we analyzed the difference of results between the two groups in age and adverb category.Results The overall adverb comprehension rate of the study group(0.54±0.20)was significantly lower than that of the control group(0.71±0.15)(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in adverb comprehension rate between the two groups except the 6-year-old group(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference between the 4-year-old group and the 5-year-old group(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in the comprehension rate of adverbs of time between the two groups(P<0.05),and the differences in the comprehension rate of adverbs of degree,scope and judgment adverbs were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The adverb comprehension ability of preschool children with spastic cerebral palsy is obviously behind that of ordinary children of the same age.The preschool children's adverb comprehension test is helpful to comprehensively evaluate the language ability of preschool children with cerebral palsy and provide basis and guidance for their language rehabilitation.
