摘要
目的探讨血栓素B2(TXB2)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]在后循环脑梗死患者的水平与临床意义。方法选取2017年1月至2018年11月就诊于广西医科大学附属民族医院后循环脑梗死患者430例为观察组,依据椎基底动脉狭窄程度分为轻度组226例、中度组120例、重度组84例,同期选取体检健康人员100例,所有人员均检测及比较TXB2、oxLDL、Lp(a)水平。结果后循环脑梗死患者TXB2、oxLDL、Lp(a)水平明显高于健康人员,差异有统计学意义(t=65.346、52.718、52.031,均P<0.05);轻、中、重三组TXB2、oxLDL、Lp(a)水平差异有统计学意义(F=75.714、64.241、71.087,P<0.05)。重度组TXB2、oxLDL、Lp(a)水平明显高于中度组及轻度组,中度组TXB2、oxLDL、Lp(a)水平明显高于轻度组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,TXB2、oxLDL、Lp(a)水平与椎基底动脉狭窄程度呈正相关(r=0.801、0.875、0.834,均P<0.05)。结论TXB2、oxLDL、Lp(a)与椎基底动脉狭窄程度成正相关,可能与后循环脑梗死的发生发展有关。
Objective To explore the levels and clinical significance of plasma thromboxane B2(TXB2),oxidized low density lipoprotein(oxLDL),lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)]in patients with posterior circulation infarction.Methods 430 patients with posterior circulation infarction in Affiliated Ethnic Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected,and they were divided into mild group(226 cases),moderate group(120 cases)and severe group(84 cases)according to the vertebrobasilar artery stenosis degree,and 100 healthy person for physical examination at the same time were selected as control group.The TXB2,oxLDL and Lp(a)levels were detected and compared in all patients.Results The TXB2,oxLDL and Lp(a)levels in patients with posterior circulation infarction were significantly higher than those in healthy person(t=65.346,52.718,52.031;all P<0.05).The TXB2,oxLDL and Lp(a)levels among the severe group,moderate group and mild group were significantly different(F=75.714,64.241,71.087;P<0.05).The TXB2,oxLDL and Lp(a)levels in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the moderate groupand mild group,and the levels of TXB2,oxLDL and Lp(a)in the moderate group were significantly higher than those in the mild group(all P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the plasma TXB2,oxLDL and Lp(a)levels were positively correlated with the vertebrobasilar artery stenosis degree(r=0.801,0.875,0.834;all P<0.05).Conclusion The plasma levels of TXB2,oxLDL and Lp(a)are positively correlated with the vertebrobasilar artery stenosis degree,and may be related to the occurrence and development of posterior circulation infarction.
