摘要
家禽丰富的羽色变异为揭示复杂表型形成的分子机制提供了良好的模式系统,确定控制羽色变异的基因及其突变并将其应用于分子标记辅助选择等分子育种工作中,对加快羽色相关性状遗传进展有很大帮助。本文综述了近几十年来与家禽羽色相关的研究,并以水禽为例总结了羽色形成相关基因和致因突变在家禽羽色变异中的调控机制和应用现状。
Plumage variations among poultries provide us excellent model systems to unravel the molecular mechanisms of complex traits.Moreover,the detected causal mutations responsible for plumage variations can be used for molecular breeding,such as marker assisted selection,which would be beneficial to improve breeding progress of plumage related traits.This article reviews researches on poultry plumages in recent decades.We also discuss the applications and regulatory mechanisms of these reported causal genes and mutations from studies on waterfowl plumage variations.
