理性情绪疗法对年轻乳腺癌患者术后化疗效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of rational emotion therapy on postoperative chemotherapy in young breast cancer patients

目的探讨理性情绪疗法对年轻乳腺癌术后化疗患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取在院治疗的100例年轻乳腺癌术后化疗患者。将50例患者纳入进行常规干预的对照组,将另外50例患者纳入观察组,对其在常规干预的基础上实施理性情绪疗法。比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑(SAS)和抑郁(SDS)评分及理性情绪疗法后患者的生活质量评分。结果干预前,两组患者SAS和SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组患者评分均下降,且观察组评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。连续干预2周后再进行测定,观察组患者功能量表评分均高于对照组患者,症状量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论理性情绪疗法可改善乳腺癌术后化疗患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高患者的身体功能、生理功能、心理功能和社会功能评分,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of rational emotion therapy on anxiety,depression and quality of life of young patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy.Methods Totally 100 young in-patients with breast cancer treated with postoperative chemotherapy were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups:control group(n=50)treated with routine intervention and observation group(n=50)treated with rational emotion therapy on the basis of routine intervention.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were counted and compared between the two groups before and after intervention,as well as the quality of life scores after rational emotion therapy were evaluated.Results Neither SAS nor SDS scores showed significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)before the intervention.After the intervention,the scores of both groups decreased,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared to those in the control group,the scores of functional scale in the observation group were higher,and the scores of symptom scale were lower significantly after 2 weeks of consecutive psychological intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion Rational emotion therapy can weaken the anxiety and depression of patients with breast cancer after operation.It was helpful in improving the quality of the patients’life through improving their physical function,physiological function,psychological function and social function.
